Terms and refunds

Plain terms for an early product. Back to SignQuote

The free trial

You can create 3 quotes for free, with no card. Free PDFs carry a small "Made with SignQuote" line. Your quotes stay yours: you can always open them and download a full backup, even after the trial.

The Founder plan

The Founder plan costs $49 a month per shop, billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. It gives you unlimited quotes, your logo with no SignQuote line, your own saved job templates, CSV price imports and the accounting export. Your price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed. Shared team accounts are planned but not yet built, and no delivery date is promised.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from the billing page, or by replying to any Stripe receipt. Access continues to the end of the paid month. If it is not useful, ask within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.

Your data

Quotes, prices and templates are stored in your browser on your computer and are not sent to us. Clearing browser data erases them, so download backups. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach this site. To check your plan, this site asks Stripe whether your subscription is active, and nothing else.
